1. Hizmet
Yerly, yerel işletmeleri keşfetme, favorileme ve masada canlı adisyon (sipariş) görüntüleme araçları sunar. yerly.tech çatısı altında işletilir.
2. Hesap
Giriş e-posta ile (şifresiz). Hesap güvenliğinden kullanıcı sorumludur. Kayıt olmadan da gezebilirsin; giriş yalnız favori/hesap içindir.
3. Para akışı yok
Yerly hiçbir akışta para tutmaz; ödeme bilgin bizden geçmez, komisyon almayız. Ödeme tamamen işletmeyle aranızdadır.
4. İçerik ve sorumluluk
İşletme bilgileri/menüleri ilgili işletmeye aittir; doğruluğundan işletme sorumludur. Hizmeti yasalara aykırı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden biçimde kullanamazsın.
Kullanıcı içeriği — sıfır tolerans: Canlı adisyonda girdiğin ad/not gibi içeriklerde uygunsuz, taciz edici, nefret içeren veya müstehcen içeriğe sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Bu tür içerik otomatik süzülür/reddedilir; işletme oturumu kapatabilir ve ihlal eden kullanıcıların erişimi kaldırılabilir. İhlalleri info@yerly.tech adresine bildirebilirsin.
5. Veri
Verini yalnız hizmeti çalıştırmak için işleriz; satmaz/paylaşmayız. Bkz. Gizlilik.
6. Garanti reddi · fesih · hukuk
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Uygulanacak hukuk: Türkiye. İletişim: info@yerly.tech

1. Service
Yerly offers tools to discover and favorite local businesses and to view a live tab (orders) at a table. Operated under yerly.tech.
2. Account
Sign-in is by email (passwordless). You are responsible for account security. You can browse without signing in; login is only for favorites/account.
3. No money flow
Yerly never holds money in any flow; payment details never pass through us, and we take no commission. Payment is entirely between you and the business.
4. Content and responsibility
Business info/menus belong to the respective business, which is responsible for their accuracy. You may not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
User content — zero tolerance: Content you enter (such as names/notes in the live tab) is subject to a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, hateful, or sexual content. Such content is automatically filtered/rejected; the business may close the session and violating users may have their access removed. Report violations to info@yerly.tech.
5. Data
We process your data only to run the service; never sold/shared. See Privacy.
