Hangi verileri topluyoruz?
E-posta: Giriş için (şifresiz; e-postaya gelen tek-kullanımlık kod ya da bağlantı ile). Reklam e-postası göndermeyiz.
Favoriler: Favorilediğin işletmeler hesabınla ilişkili tutulur.
Sipariş içerikleri: Masada canlı adisyon kullandıysan, sipariş kalemleri işletmeye gösterilmek için saklanır.
Teknik kayıtlar: Sunucu erişim kayıtları (IP, zaman) güvenlik için kısa süre tutulur.
Konum
Yakındaki işletmeleri bulmak için tarayıcı konumunu sorarız. Koordinat yalnız o anki aramada kullanılır; sunucuda kaydedilmez, profille ilişkilendirilmez.
Barındırma
Veriler şu an AWS (Amazon) altyapısında, İstanbul’da (Türkiye) barındırılır.
Çerezler
Yalnız oturum çerezi (giriş hatırlama). Reklam/izleme çerezi yok.
Paylaşım
Verini satmayız, reklam ağlarıyla paylaşmayız. Yasal zorunluluk dışında üçüncü taraflara aktarılmaz. Yerly hiçbir akışta para tutmaz; ödeme bilgin bizden geçmez.
Güvenlik kayıtları
Hesapla yapılan işlemler, sonradan değiştirilemeyen bir güvenlik kaydında tutulur. 29 Eylül 2026’dan 5 Ekim 2026’ya kadar yazılan kayıtlarda işlemi yapanın e-posta adresi yer alır ve hesap silinse de kalır; 2 Ekim 2026’ya kadar giriş kodu istenen ya da giriş denenen adresler, 5 Ekim 2026’ya kadar da sahiplenme kararlarında başvurunun adı, telefonu ve notu bu kayda yazılıyordu. 5 Ekim 2026’dan sonra yazılan kayıtlar kişiyi yalnız hesap numarasıyla anar; hesap silinince bu numara hiçbir adrese bağlanamaz. Silinen bir hesabın bilgileri yedeklerde en çok 30 gün kalır; bir yedekten geri dönülürse silinmiş hesaplar yeniden silinir.
IP adresi
Kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için IP adresinizden geri çözülemeyen bir sayaç en çok bir gün tutulur; yedeklere girmez.
KVKK haklarınız
KVKK madde 11 uyarınca verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz hakkınız var. info@yerly.tech — en geç 30 günde dönüş. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden (Hesap → Hesabı sil) silebilirsiniz.

What data do we collect?
Email: For sign-in (passwordless; via a one-time code or link sent to your email). We send no marketing email.
Favorites: Businesses you favorite are linked to your account.
Order contents: If you use a live tab at a table, your order items are stored to be shown to the business.
Technical logs: Server access logs (IP, time) kept briefly for security.
Location
To find nearby businesses we ask your browser for location. Coordinates are used only for that search; not stored on the server or linked to your profile.
Hosting
Data is currently hosted on AWS (Amazon) infrastructure in Istanbul (Türkiye).
Cookies
Only a session cookie (to remember sign-in). No advertising/tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with ad networks. Not transferred to third parties except where legally required. Yerly never holds money; payment details never pass through us.
Security records
What is done with an account is kept in a security record that cannot be changed afterwards. Records written from 29 September 2026 until 5 October 2026 carry the e-mail address of whoever acted and remain after the account is deleted; until 2 October 2026 an address that asked for a sign-in code or tried to sign in was written there too, and until 5 October 2026 the name, phone and note of a claim when it was decided. Records written after 5 October 2026 name a person only by an account number, which no longer leads to any address once the account is deleted. A deleted account’s data stays in backups for at most 30 days; if a backup is ever restored, deleted accounts are deleted again.
IP address
To limit abuse, a counter derived from your IP address in a way that cannot be reversed is kept for at most one day; it never enters a backup.
Your rights under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11 you may access, correct, delete your data and object to its processing. info@yerly.tech — reply within 30 days. You can delete your account in-app (Account → Delete account).
