1. Hizmet
Yerly XL, işletmelere (kiracılara) bulut tabanlı kurumsal kaynak planlama (stok, cari, üretim, muhasebe, personel vb.) araçları sunar. yerly.tech çatısı altında işletilir.
2. Hesap ve sorumluluk
Hesap güvenliğinden ve kullanıcılarınızın işlemlerinden işletme sorumludur. Giriş bilgilerinizi gizli tutun. Yöneticiler personel hesapları açabilir/kapatabilir.
3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti yasalara aykırı, başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya sistemi kötüye kullanan biçimde kullanamazsınız.
İçerik — sıfır tolerans: Sistemde girilen metinlerde uygunsuz, taciz edici, nefret içeren veya müstehcen içeriğe sıfır tolerans uygulanır; kötüye kullanan hesaplar işletme yöneticisi veya yerly.tech tarafından askıya alınabilir.
4. Verinizin sahipliği
Girdiğiniz tüm veri size aittir. yerly.tech bu veriyi yalnızca sizin adınıza, hizmeti çalıştırmak için işler; satmaz, paylaşmaz, kendi amacı için kullanmaz. Detaylar: Veri İşleme Sözleşmesi ve Gizlilik.
5. Ücretlendirme
Pilot aşamada hizmet ücretsiz sunulabilir. Ücretli planlar uygulanırsa şartlar önceden bildirilir.
6. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. yerly.tech, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Yasal mali kayıtların doğruluğundan işletme sorumludur.
7. Fesih
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Yasal saklama zorunluluğu olan mali kayıtlar (VUK) mevzuat süresince saklanır.
8. Değişiklikler ve hukuk
Koşullar güncellenebilir; esaslı değişiklikler bildirilir. Uygulanacak hukuk: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti. İletişim: info@yerly.tech

1. Service
Yerly XL provides businesses (tenants) with cloud-based enterprise resource planning tools (inventory, contacts, production, accounting, HR, etc.). Operated under yerly.tech.
2. Account and responsibility
The business is responsible for account security and the actions of its users. Keep credentials confidential. Managers may create/disable staff accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse the system.
Content — zero tolerance: A zero-tolerance policy applies to objectionable, abusive, hateful, or sexual content entered in the system; abusing accounts may be suspended by the business administrator or by yerly.tech.
4. Ownership of your data
All data you enter is yours. yerly.tech processes it only on your behalf, to run the service — never sold, shared or used for our own purposes. See the Data Processing Agreement and Privacy.
5. Pricing
During the pilot the service may be offered free of charge. If paid plans apply, terms will be announced in advance.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, yerly.tech is not liable for indirect damages. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its legal financial records.
7. Termination
You can delete your account from within the app. Financial records subject to mandatory retention (Turkish Tax Law) are kept for the legal period.
8. Changes and governing law
