1. Hizmet
Yerly+, işletmelere ücretsiz QR menü ve canlı adisyon araçları sunar. yerly.tech çatısı altında işletilir.
2. Hesap
Hesap güvenliğinden ve menünüzdeki/işlemlerinizdeki içerikten işletme sorumludur. Personel hesaplarını siz yönetirsiniz.
3. Para akışı yok
Yerly hiçbir akışta para tutmaz; ödeme bilgisi bizden geçmez, komisyon almayız. Müşteriyle ödeme ilişkisi tamamen işletmeye aittir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti yasalara aykırı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden biçimde kullanamazsınız. Menü/içerik doğruluğundan işletme sorumludur.
Kullanıcı içeriği — sıfır tolerans: Canlı adisyonda girilen ad/not ve menü/işletme metinlerinde uygunsuz, taciz edici, nefret içeren veya müstehcen içeriğe sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Bu tür içerik otomatik süzülür/reddedilir; bildirilen içerik 24 saat içinde incelenir ve kaldırılır, ihlal eden hesap askıya alınabilir. İhlalleri info@yerly.tech adresine bildirebilirsiniz.
5. Veri
İşletme ve adisyon verileriniz size aittir; yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için işlenir, satılmaz/paylaşılmaz. Bkz. Gizlilik.
6. Garanti reddi · fesih · hukuk
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz. Uygulanacak hukuk: Türkiye. İletişim: info@yerly.tech

1. Service
Yerly+ offers businesses free QR-menu and live-tab tools. Operated under yerly.tech.
2. Account
The business is responsible for account security and for the content/operations in its menu. You manage your own staff accounts.
3. No money flow
Yerly never holds money in any flow; payment details never pass through us, and we take no commission. The payment relationship with customers belongs entirely to the business.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its menu/content.
User content — zero tolerance: Names/notes entered in the live tab and menu/business text are subject to a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, hateful, or sexual content. Such content is automatically filtered/rejected; reported content is reviewed and removed within 24 hours and the violating account may be suspended. Report violations to info@yerly.tech.
5. Data
Your business and tab data are yours; processed only to run the service, never sold/shared. See Privacy.
