Hangi verileri işliyoruz?
İşletme hesabı: e-posta (giriş; şifresiz/bağlantıyla) ve işletme/menü bilgisi.
Adisyon/sipariş verisi: masaların canlı siparişleri hizmetin işlemesi için saklanır.
Teknik kayıtlar: güvenlik için sunucu erişim kayıtları (IP, zaman) kısa süreli tutulur.
İşleme amacı
Hizmetin sunulması, hesap güvenliği ve yasal yükümlülükler için (KVKK m.5). Reklam amacıyla satılmaz, reklam ağlarıyla paylaşılmaz. Yerly hiçbir akışta para tutmaz; ödeme bilgisi bizden geçmez.
Barındırma
Veriler şu an AWS (Amazon) altyapısında, İstanbul’da (Türkiye) barındırılır.
KVKK haklarınız
KVKK madde 11 uyarınca verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. info@yerly.tech — en geç 30 günde dönüş.
Hesap silme
Uygulama içinden (Hesap → Hesabım → Hesabımı sil) hesabınızı ve kişisel verinizi kalıcı silebilirsiniz.
Güvenlik kayıtları
Hesapla yapılan işlemler, sonradan değiştirilemeyen bir güvenlik kaydında tutulur. 29 Eylül 2026’dan 5 Ekim 2026’ya kadar yazılan kayıtlarda işlemi yapanın e-posta adresi yer alır ve hesap silinse de kalır; 2 Ekim 2026’ya kadar giriş kodu istenen ya da giriş denenen adresler, 5 Ekim 2026’ya kadar da sahiplenme kararlarında başvurunun adı, telefonu ve notu bu kayda yazılıyordu. 5 Ekim 2026’dan sonra yazılan kayıtlar kişiyi yalnız hesap numarasıyla anar; hesap silinince bu numara hiçbir adrese bağlanamaz. Silinen bir hesabın bilgileri yedeklerde en çok 30 gün kalır; bir yedekten geri dönülürse silinmiş hesaplar yeniden silinir.
IP adresi
Kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için IP adresinizden geri çözülemeyen bir sayaç en çok bir gün tutulur; yedeklere girmez.
Sanal masa
Sanal masaya katılmak için hesap gerekmez. Masadaki QR kodu açıp masanın kodunu girdiğinizde cihazınıza yalnız o masaya ve o oturuma ait, en çok 12 saat geçerli bir geçiş verilir. Yazdığınız ad ve sipariş notları yalnız masa açıkken tutulur; işletme masayı kapattığında ya da en geç 12 saat sonra silinir. Masanın sipariş satırları (ürün, adet, fiyat, durum) kimsenin adını taşımadan işletmenin satış kaydı olarak iki yıl tutulur, sonra silinir. Değiştirilemez işlem kaydımız sizi adınızla ya da notunuzla değil, bu geçişin numarasıyla anar. Sanal masada ödeme alınmaz.
AlGeç
AlGeç ile bir işletmeye o gün için önceden sipariş verip gelip alabilirsiniz; hesap gerekmez. Sizden yalnız bir ad ve alacağınız saat istenir; telefon ya da adres istenmez. Cihazınıza yalnız o siparişe ait, en çok 12 saat geçerli bir geçiş verilir. Adınız ve notlarınız sipariş kapanınca, işletme reddedince ya da iptal edilince silinir; işletme 10 dakika içinde onaylamazsa sipariş kendiliğinden iptal olur. Sipariş satırları (ürün, adet, fiyat, durum) kimsenin adını taşımadan işletmenin satış kaydı olarak iki yıl tutulur, sonra silinir. Değiştirilemez işlem kaydımız sizi adınızla ya da notunuzla değil, bu geçişin numarasıyla anar. Yerly üzerinden ödeme alınmaz, teslimat yapılmaz.

Data controller
Yerly+ is operated under yerly.tech, offering businesses a free QR menu + live tab. Contact: info@yerly.tech
What data do we process?
Business account: email (passwordless/link sign-in) and business/menu information.
Tab/order data: live table orders are stored so the service can operate.
Technical logs: server access logs (IP, time) kept briefly for security.
Purpose
To provide the service, secure accounts and meet legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5). Never sold for advertising or shared with ad networks. Yerly never holds money in any flow; payment details never pass through us.
Hosting
Data is currently hosted on AWS (Amazon) infrastructure in Istanbul (Türkiye).
Your rights under KVKK
Under KVKK Article 11 you may access, correct, delete your data and object to its processing. Email info@yerly.tech — we respond within 30 days.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and personal data from within the app (Account → My account → Delete my account).
Security records
What is done with an account is kept in a security record that cannot be changed afterwards. Records written from 29 September 2026 until 5 October 2026 carry the e-mail address of whoever acted and remain after the account is deleted; until 2 October 2026 an address that asked for a sign-in code or tried to sign in was written there too, and until 5 October 2026 the name, phone and note of a claim when it was decided. Records written after 5 October 2026 name a person only by an account number, which no longer leads to any address once the account is deleted. A deleted account’s data stays in backups for at most 30 days; if a backup is ever restored, deleted accounts are deleted again.
IP address
To limit abuse, a counter derived from your IP address in a way that cannot be reversed is kept for at most one day; it never enters a backup.
Virtual table
You need no account to join a virtual table. When you open the QR code on the table and type the table’s code, your device is given a pass for that table and that round only, valid for twelve hours at most. The name you type and your order notes are kept only while the table is open; they are deleted when the business closes the table, or after twelve hours at the latest. The table’s order lines (item, quantity, price, state) are kept as the business’s record of sales, without anybody’s name, for two years and then deleted. Our unchangeable record of actions names you by that pass’s number, never by your name or your notes. Nothing is paid at the virtual table.
AlGeç
With AlGeç you can order ahead from a business for the same day and come to pick it up; you need no account. You are asked only for a name and the time you will pick it up, never a phone number or an address. Your device is given a pass for that order only, valid for twelve hours at most. Your name and your notes are deleted when the order closes, when the business turns it down, or when it is cancelled; an order the business does not accept within ten minutes is cancelled on its own. The order lines (item, quantity, price, state) are kept as the business’s record of sales, without anybody’s name, for two years and then deleted. Our unchangeable record of actions names you by that pass’s number, never by your name or your notes. Nothing is paid and nothing is delivered through Yerly.
This is a pilot version; it is updated as data-processing practices change.
